Srishti-Sthithi-Samhara is a process that is incessant; at micro levels of an atom and macro levels as Yugas.
Time is an interpretation of this process in creation at micro and macro levels.
It applies to each species differently, both as physical manifestation and thought process.
Like a spin wheel, the spin starts longer and shortens before being sucked into the black hole and this process repeats. We call these as Yugas in the cosmic spin.
Time determines age and truly everything in creation is of the same age; the forms just appear, stay and disappear.
