San-Die-Go
Invoking a ‘Sharp’ Memory…
The temperature in San Diego on 03 Aug 1993 saw a unique reading of ‘0 degree Fahrenheit to 77 degree Fahrenheit’ on 03 Aug 1993.
Is it a coincidence to show the Age of Gurdev’s journey in this Janma - a lifespan of 77 years?
In his own words “Coincidence is Gods way of remaining anonymous”.
Why San- Die- Go?
The word ‘San’ in Sanskrit has profound meanings.
San (सन्) is a desiderative (wanting to X) affix स (sa) applied to any root in the sense of desire;
So San was a Desire of Gurudev to Die and Go!
‘ San’ applied in specific senses possessed by the root to the roots - गुप्, तिज्, कित्, मान्, बध्, दान् (gup, tij, kit, mān, badh, dān) and and The roots to which सन् (san) is applied are reduplicated and the reduplicated form ending with सन् (san) (स) is looked upon as a different root from the original one for purposes of conjugation, which takes, however, conjugational affixes of the same Pada as the original root;
San means great ‘morphing’ - the smooth transition.
What a way to say I have ‘morphed’ my physical being to conscious energy.
Āsana (आसन) means ‘Posture in Yogābhyāsa’- the alignment of the body to the creation - the ‘collective consciousness’.
The who corrects our ‘Vakra’ posture and aligns us is the ‘Aasaan’ or Teacher or Guru.
The that ‘AA’- Aascharya Acharya takes leave - it is ‘San’s- without.

Śaṇ also means the following which epitomises Gurudev.
To give;
To sharpen, whet.
To win, conquer, acquire; receive as a present, possess, enjoy;
win for another;
procure, grant, bestow.
To love, like.
To worship, honour, to serve;
To acquire, obtain.
To receive graciously.
To honour with gifts, give, bestow, distribute;
To move…
San- Die- Go
Move- Die-Go…
Sān (सान्) also means
‘To breathe, live’.
Doesn’t Gurudev continue to live?
Every Prana of millions who walked this planet has his Smarana in their Prana.
Undoubtedly, he lives!!!
San-Die-Go…
His way of saying ‘I have moved, but I am alive’ to every Seeker of Atma-Jnana and to every beloved devotee who hold his memory in their Prana and Prajna.
Salutations and Pranams to Pujya Gurudev…
Who lit the first lamp of light in my journey in the dark universe of Ajnana (ignorance) to discover Shoonya - the nothingness of everything.
