This is just a glimpse into India's complex and fascinating independence movement.
I wish to urge our young generation to get themselves acquainted with the History of our Great Nation ‘Bharat’ which has been the dream destination for many rulers, civilisations and seekers of health, wealth and spiritual wellbeing for generations.
Let us sustain the spirit of Patriotism !
Let us rejoice the providence of being born in this blessed land;
this part of the beautiful earth, which has been providing everything for us unconditionally, for millions of years.
Let’s ask ourselves ‘how can I return this benevolence of nature with gratitude.?
My answer would be
Preserve the ‘Ecological Equilibrium’.
So that at Body, mind, and intellect levels, we are aligned; in Yoga;
So that we gift a safer cleaner and harmonious universe to the generations to come.
