Tuṣṭa (तुष्ट)-
Pleased, satisfied, delighted, gratified, contented.
Contented with what one possesses and indifferent to everything else.
-ṣṭaḥ Name of Visnu.
To attain this state of Tushtah, Tripti is a Pre-requisite.
Tṛpti (तृप्ति)- means Satisfaction, contentment;
It also means Satiety, disgust.
Pleasure, gratification.
Saying enough in disgust, having satiated ones desires through excessive engagement, also leads to Trpti.
Allow the soul to extinguish its Karmic load, the reason why we are born, be a mere witness; stay without reacting.
Proactively and selflessly invest thoughts, words and deeds to create goodness for the creation;
Karma guarantees repayment of your investments, good or bad. So Life as a human is the greatest opportunity to create ones destiny and destination.
Embark on the divine journey to the core of oneself.
Trpti, according to the Vedas also means Water- the quencher of every thirst, of the body, mind and intellect. The satiating force.
Silence the thirst.
Experience Turya , the fourth stare of the soul; a state of complete ‘ ignorance’; a complete extinguishing of all karmic loads.
In that ignorance comes the true realisation and experience of Tushta.
